Portfolio Snapshots

A snapshot is a point-in-time backup of your whole portfolio. Restore later to roll back. Up to 10 are kept — taking more drops the oldest.

Danger zone
Permanently erase your entire portfolio — every named speaker, voiceprint, group and snapshot. This cannot be undone.

This permanently deletes everything in your Speaker Portfolio.

  • All snapshots (you cannot restore afterwards)

Quick Start

Create or edit custom named speaker profile collections.

  • Extract speaker profiles from past jobs and merge them together.
  • Everything stays on the server — profiles are not downloaded or exported.
  • Use Drag & Drop to move profiles between panes.
  • Select one or more entries with a click (use Shift or Ctrl/Cmd+click for multiple).
  • Drag to the Merge button to combine profiles, or to the Trash button to remove.
Import a legacy profile ZIP

Legacy — to be retired. You can import an old profile .zip (manifest + .bin files). Its speakers are added to your portfolio in a new zip_upload_#N group. Single .bin upload and profile download have been removed; the portfolio is server-side only.

Load from Existing Jobs

Use the Job ID lookup to load speaker profiles from previously processed jobs that have speaker data. Add them to a new archive and rename/merge with others.

Organize & Manage

In the Working Archive, you can organize, rename, and merge all your loaded profiles. Drag and drop between panes.

Merge Profiles

Combine multiple speaker profiles into a single profile by selecting them and clicking Merge. The merged profile retains features from all source profiles, improving identification accuracy across diverse speaker variations.

Add to Your Portfolio

Drag a source profile onto an existing named speaker to merge it in (a similarity check warns if the voice looks different), or drop it on empty space / click Add to create a new named speaker.

Snapshots (backup & restore)

Use Snapshots in the portfolio header to take a point-in-time backup of your whole portfolio. Before a risky change (merging into a speaker, or deleting one) you'll be offered a snapshot first. Restore wipes your current portfolio and replaces it with the snapshot — the way to roll back. Up to 10 snapshots are kept; taking more drops the oldest.

Privacy: Stored Per User

Your named speakers (voiceprints + names) are stored on the server, private to your account and kept separate from job data. They persist until you delete them and can be matched against future jobs. Names are personal data — only you (and administrators) can see them.
