mCaptions Speaker Manager

Create or edit custom named speaker profile collections.

• Upload existing archives, extract profiles from past jobs, merge profiles together.
• Download a .zip archive to use in the Browser.
• Use Drag & Drop to upload or move profiles between panes.
• Select one or more entries with a click (use Shift or Ctrl/Cmd+click for multiple).
• Drag to the Merge button to combine profiles, or to the Trash button to remove.

Upload .zip or .bin speaker profiles. You can combine multiple sources — uploaded profiles, downloads from prior jobs, or new profile sets.

Use the Job ID lookup to load speaker profiles from previously processed jobs that have speaker data. Add them to a new archive and rename/merge with others.

In the Working Archive, you can organize, rename, and merge all your loaded profiles. Drag and drop between panes.

Combine multiple speaker profiles into a single profile by selecting them and clicking Merge. The merged profile retains features from all source profiles, improving identification accuracy across diverse speaker variations.

Once you've organized and merged your profiles as needed, download the resulting set as a .zip file. You can then upload this archive to the Browser for use in speaker identification on new jobs.

All speaker profile management happens entirely in your browser. Profiles are processed locally, and nothing is stored on the server. Downloads and uploads are temporary — your complete working archive exists only on your device.
